This Tri Lakes Class combines intense cardio interval workouts with upper, lower and core segments to increase cardiovascular health, full body strength and range of motion. This class is a circuit style class that will never be the same! A variety of equipment is used and all levels are welcome.
This Tri Lakes Class targets specific upper body, lower body and/or core muscle groups. This is the perfect class to take your strength training to a new level, tone and increase overall strength. All levels are welcome and exercises modifications are always provided.
Experience restfulness while restoring the body in a true Muskoka room located behind the gym. Open to everyone, especially to those wanting to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. This class is done mostly lying down, in which you will completely relax into each pose and stretch. This class will help deeply restore the body, calm the mind and central nervous system, and allow your body to return to a natural relaxed state.
Named after the former Paignton House Resort, this class is an integrated mind-body workout that improves balance, coordination and good posture. You will move by engaging muscles in your abdominal wall to protect your back, helping to create overall long, lean muscular definition in the body. Every class you will condition the body from head to toe, improve flexibility, and strengthen the entire body.
Join the Tri Lakes Training team and Lululemon as we train towards running the Muskoka Rocks Road Race (August 6th, 2017). This class will be by donation only and funds raised will go to support Camp Oochigeas. Camp Ooch is a camp that provides kids with and affected by childhood cancer a unique opportunity to attend summer camp! Different routes will be provided weekly and all levels are welcome!
For teens between the ages of 11 and 17. Teens will get to develop healthy habits while focusing on exercising safely, improving strength and endurance as well as building confidence in the weight room. Classes will explore a wide range of activities including strength training, cardio training, weight lifting and stretching. The benefits of regular physical activity last a lifetime, and we will show teens that fitness is fun!
TRI FITNESS KIDS CAMP
Tri Fitness Kids Camp offers unique activities and lessons that include an introduction to fitness, gymnastics, stretching and yoga for children aged 3-10. Trained fitness instructors offer each child a chance to learn, grow and experience an active day camp experience. Drinks will be provided. Children should arrive ready to be active with appropriate clothing and running shoes. Advanced sign up is available as well as drop in day rates. Space is limited to 12 kids/session so make sure to register early. Camp programs run Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15 am till 12 noon starting Tuesday June 27th– Thursday August 31st.
SUMMER STAFF CLASS
This Tri Lakes class is for those working in the Muskoka Community this summer who want to stay in peak shape to survive the 10 weeks of summer J It will be a combination of strength and cardio exercises in order to keep you in healthy all summer long. Drop in price $15.
