Ashley loves to make people sweat and can’t wait to work you out in Muskoka this summer!

We’re excited to welcome Emily Maloney, one of our new trainers joining us at Tri Lakes Training this upcoming summer. She is currently a chemistry student at Western University and looks forward to spending each summer working in her favorite place, Muskoka. Her summer activities include cooking, hiking, yoga by the lake and relaxing with family and friends.

Throughout her youth, Emily has dedicated several years to competitive dancing and has since developed a growing interest in fitness training. Committed to following her passion, she recently became a certified Personal Training Specialist and is eager to spend the summer happy and sweaty with everyone!
